Position: Internship

Module: Commercial Admin

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Key Responsibilities for Commercial Admin:

• Office management:

  • Ensure enough office supplies inclusive pantry and stationery stock.

  • Involves in office enhancements projects.

• Project/Contract Creation & Maintenance

  • Create and administer cbs internal & external project creation (SAP)

• Managing customer invoices:

  • Prepare and submit milestone relevant sales document such as acceptance certificates and approved timesheet

  • Prepare and submit invoice to customers

  • Follow up with customer on outstanding payments

• Claims & Expenses

  • Check and approve claims and travelling expenses.

• Partner Assistance: You manage relationships with our vendors.

  • Registration and on-boarding of partners

  • cbs internal and external vendor registration

  • Preparing contracts such as MSA and SOW for partners

Requirements

Requirements for Commercial Admin:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or any related field. (Candidate must be able to provide Internship Placement letter from the University).

• Eloquent and fluent in English.

• Minimum of 6 months internship duration.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).

• Strong communication and teamwork - interacting with cross-functional teams.

• Organizational skills - handling multiple tasks, deadlines, and updates.

• Attention to detail - especially in reporting and documentation.

• Eagerness to learn - willingness to pick up project tools, terms, and techniques on the job.

• High level of professionalism and discretion, especially when handling sensitive information.

• Good attitude, passionate and determined while appreciating teamwork.
