We’re looking for a Junior Learning & Development Operations Specialist to join our Learning & Development team for a 1-year contract and support the smooth delivery of learning and development initiatives across the studio.

In this role, you’ll take care of the administrative and operational side of our L&D activities - from coordinating trainings and working with external vendors to keeping our data, documentation, and processes organized and up to date. By making sure things run smoothly behind the scenes, you’ll help the team focus on initiatives that support the growth and development of REDs and contribute to delivering high-quality learning experiences across the organization.

Daily responsibilities

• Provide ongoing administrative and organizational support to the Learning & Development team, including processing training and vendor-related invoices.
• Enter, maintain, and update data in L&D trackers and systems, and prepare summaries, basic reports, and presentations.
• Support the organization of onsite and online trainings, including booking rooms and equipment, coordinating catering and training materials, and preparing and sending participant invitations.
• Provide operational support for onboarding and other L&D processes and initiatives.
• Help organize and streamline L&D documentation and processes to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Support ongoing L&D projects and collaborate with the team on their operational delivery.
• Cooperate with external vendors and partners, supporting formalities related to contracts and purchase orders.
• Assist with collecting vendor offers and required documentation.

• Initial experience in an office, administrative, HR, event coordination, or similar role would be a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to keep track of multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and helpful approach to working with others.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office and/or Google Workspace, particularly spreadsheets and presentation tools.
• Very good command of English, both written and spoken (minimum C1).
• Willingness to learn, take ownership of day-to-day tasks, and develop within the Learning & Development area.

Working mode

• Office-First - Working primarily from the Warsaw office in a hybrid or full in office mode (at least 4 days per week in ofice).

Estimated pay range for this position: 6600 - 9100 PLN gross monthly. Final offers are dependent on job-related factors like experience and qualifications.
