Plan, monitor, and control production activities, including Prepress, Production, and Maintenance, to ensure sales requirements are achieved according to company standards.
Plan and coordinate daily manufacturing processes to ensure high-quality products are produced and delivered on time.
Develop process improvements to maximize the efficient utilization of equipment, materials, and production resources.
Provide engineering support for production and maintenance activities to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
Analyze production performance and downtime, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
Evaluate current production activities and recommend improvements to increase capacity, quality, and reliability.
Develop best practices to improve production efficiency and reliability.
Support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma and TPM methodologies.
Investigate production problems, perform root-cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions.
Requirements
must be resident in 6th of October
1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
-Science or Engineering Graduate
-Fluent English (reading, writing, and speaking)..
-Ability to work in shifts.
