Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training in electronics, mechanics, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in field service, equipment maintenance, or a related technical role.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to travel frequently within assigned territory.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills with the ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, hand tools, and electronic testing equipment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate degree or higher in Electronics, Engineering Technology, or a related discipline..
- Previous ATM, Smart Safe experience a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in remote or challenging environments.
- Excellent customer service skills with a track record of building positive client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of specialized equipment and systems at customer locations.
- Conduct thorough diagnostics to identify issues and implement effective solutions promptly to minimize equipment downtime.
- Communicate clearly with customers to explain technical problems and the steps taken to resolve them, ensuring a positive service experience.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, parts used, and repairs performed using company software and reporting tools.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies while working independently or as part of a team in various field environments.
