Role Purpose
The OCW Specialist is responsible for the evaluation and management of applications under the OCW framework, Law 4738/2020, submitted through the EGDIX platform. The role ensures timely, accurate, and compliant assessment of cases according to each asset owner’s policy, while also managing related customer complaints and providing first-line support to internal and external stakeholders.
Main Accountabilities
- Evaluates OCW applications in accordance with Law 4738/2020 and the policies of each asset owner
- Reviews and validates financial data and borrower information submitted through the EGDIX platform
- Handles and resolves customer complaints related to OCW procedures promptly and professionally
- Ensures that all application assessments and complaint resolutions comply with legal, regulatory, and internal standards
- Uses internal systems and tools (Qualco, Cepal Web UI Tool, FLDT, Unified Workflow, Profits) to process, monitor, and record case progress
- Submits and monitors implementation requests (Qualco settlements) following case approval
- Acts as first-line support for OCW-related inquiries, providing guidance and updates to customers and internal stakeholders
- Collaborates with other departments (Legal, Compliance, Recovery Teams) to ensure efficient and accurate case handling
- Identifies recurring issues or patterns in customer complaints and proposes process improvements
- Adheres strictly to company policies, maintaining transparency, professionalism, and confidentiality in all actions
Requirements
Education, Experience and Technical Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Banking, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree is an asset)
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in credit analysis, loan servicing, or similar financial roles
- Familiarity with Law 4738/2020 (OCW framework) and related financial regulations preferred
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and internal systems (Qualco, workflow tools)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek
