- Pilotage et coordination des programmes d'intelligence artificielle, de la définition de la roadmap jusqu'au déploiement.
- Élaboration des business cases, des budgets et des trajectoires du POC au MVP jusqu'à la mise en production.
- Suivi des indicateurs d'adoption, de qualité, de productivité, de coûts d'usage et de retour sur investissement (ROI).
