Danone Territory Manager

In this role, you will represent Danone in the Independent Grocery channel, working across Greater Sydney with occasional travel to Central Coast, Blue Mountains, Southern Highlands & Wollongong. You will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with stores and multi-site operators (MSOs) to drive distribution and sales, increasing market share and category performance of Danone’s iconic brands through opportunity-based selling.
Key Responsibilities
- Growing distribution ranging through sell in of core and NPD products
- Negotiation of greater shelf space in store to leverage market share
- Maximising upcoming and current promotional activity
- Driving sales results
- Managing a territory and developing strong store relationships
- Implementation of layouts
- Reporting and providing feedback on key field insights and activity.

- Full Time role 5 days per week across Monday - Friday
- Relevant experience in sales based role in Retail, FMCG and Merchandising, highly favourable in Independent Grocery
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent time management skills and a positive attitude
- Able to work autonomously
- Valid drivers license and reliable car
