Field Team Leader
CGL - Retail Services represents two of Australia's most respected retail marketing businesses, Creative Activation and Clemenger Field Marketing. We partner with leading brands and retailers to drive sales, improve customer experiences, and deliver exceptional in-store execution through merchandising, sales teams, brand activations, training, mystery shopping, and audit services.
As a Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving best-in-class execution of client plans across our Sales and Merchandising teams. Your focus will be on:
- Coaching and developing field representatives
- Driving sales excellence and team performance
- Managing key relationships with Area and Zone Managers across Grocery, Mass, and Convenience channels
This role is ideal for an experienced people leader from Retail or Field Marketing. Alternatively, you may be a strong Sales Executive or Merchandiser who is ready to take the next step in their career.
You will be responsible for supporting and managing field teams across Victoria (VIC).
What you'll bring:
- Previous experience in a people/team management in either Retail or Field Marketing (preferred)
- A reliable car and valid driver's license
- Confidence to manage a team remotely who work across all of VIC
- Ability to coach and facilitate training in a sales environment with the ability to identify team opportunity areas and build strategies to ensure high performance.
- Strong time and priority management skills.
- Tech savvy and comfortable working across multiple systems and platforms.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly with PowerPoint and Excel.
