Territory Manager Peters Ice Cream

CGL - Retail Services represents two of Australia's most respected retail marketing businesses, Creative Activation and Clemenger Field Marketing. We partner with leading brands and retailers to drive sales, improve customer experiences, and deliver exceptional in-store execution through merchandising, sales teams, brand activations, training, mystery shopping, and audit services.

The Role

Represent Peters Ice Cream's iconic portfolio within the Independent Grocery channel across South West and Western Sydney Metro, Regional NSW and the ACT. In this role, you will build and strengthen relationships with independent retailers and Multi-Site Operators (MSOs), driving distribution, sales growth and market share. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional in-store execution across your territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive distribution growth through sell-in of core range and NPD.
• Increase brand presence through shelf negotiations and in-store execution.
• Leverage promotional activity to drive sales and customer engagement.
• Demonstrate a results-driven mindset, consistently delivering against and exceeding targets.
• Implementation of layouts to enhance shopper appeal and category performance.
• Deliver accurate reporting and feedback on sales performance, customer opportunities and key field insights.

Key selection criteria

• Full-Time role 5 days per week Monday-Friday
• Relevant experience in FMCG field-based Sales and Merchandising role, highly favourable in Independent grocery.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent time management skills and a positive attitude
• Able to work autonomously
• Valid drivers license and reliable car
• Periodic Regional travel will be required
