Lead SEO-first inbound marketing for IT services, own organic growth and conversion while supporting paid and social channels.

Key responsibilities

  • Drive SEO strategy: keyword, competitor, intent research, on-page, off-page, internal linking, basic technical SEO.
  • Create/optimize service pages, blogs, landing pages, case studies for conversions.
  • Manage/oversee Google Ads & LinkedIn Ads; allocate ~10% time to SMM (LinkedIn).
  • Build ethical backlinks and content promotion plans.
  • Track GA4, Search Console, ad metrics, leads, CPL; weekly reporting.
  • Coordinate lead handoff and quality reviews with Sales/BD.

Must-have

  • 3-5 years B2B/IT services SEO experience.
  • Strong technical/on-page SEO, content strategy, GA4 familiarity.
  • Good copywriting, analytics, and basic paid-ads experience.
