What you have

Required Qualifications:

• Leverages deep expertise to establish robust methods for efficient technical support
• Optimizes methods for integrating, consolidating, and cleansing data with compliance
• Leads initiatives to establish advanced incident response methods and optimize processes
• Implements advanced QA testing methodologies and drives robust compliance verification
• Utilizes functional expertise improve requirements management processes across teams, projects, or programs
• Manages initiatives to optimize controls and manage cryptographic functions
• Optimizes software design methodologies through effective leadership and process refinement
• Executes advanced methodologies to refine software development processes and secure reliability
• Optimizes software release and deployment strategies to enhance quality and efficiency
• Leads the execution of system design strategies for cloud-based environments
• 10+ years of technology experience in software engineering, infrastructure engineering, cloud engineering, DevOps, SRE, or production operations
• Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud platforms, networking, application architecture, and operational support models
• Experience with observability platforms, incident management processes, and reliability engineering practices
• Strong knowledge of SLOs, SLIs, and Error Budgets, Incident Response and Postmortems, Infrastructure as Code, Cloud Platforms (specifically GCP/GCE/GKE/Cloud Run), Kubernetes and Container Platforms, and Monitoring and Logging Technologies
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Drives data-based decisions and optimizes performance through strategic insights
• Delivers timely updates and effective communication with others involved in a project or effort
• Background in Financial Services or other highly regulated environments
• Experience supporting mission-critical client-facing applications
• Industry certifications related to cloud platforms (specifically Google), Kubernetes, Site
• Reliability Engineering, or Agile Delivery.
