Business Development Manager

Task

Identification and approach of potential B2B clients in Hungary, EMEA, and the USA with focus on technology, digital transformation, cloud, and web development opportunitiesManagement of the full sales cycle for assigned opportunities including lead qualification, discovery calls, proposal support, follow-ups, negotiations, and closingBuilding and maintaining long-term relationships with prospects, existing clients, partners, and strategic contactsUnderstanding client needs and collaboration with internal technical and delivery teams to shape relevant solutions and proposalsSupport of business development for long-term collaborative client partnerships and full-service project engagementsContribution to go-to-market activities for AWS cloud services, GenAI solutions, Drupal development, and related technology servicesMaintenance of accurate sales pipeline data in the CRM and regular reporting on opportunities, activities, forecasts, and resultsCollaboration with marketing partners and internal stakeholders on campaigns, lead generation initiatives, events, and outbound sales activitiesProfessional representation of Cheppers in client meetings, networking events, partner discussions, and industry conferencesContinuous improvement of sales materials, outreach messages, client presentations, and proposal processes based on market feedback

Expectation

3+ years of B2B sales, business development, or account management experience in technology services, software development, cloud services, digital agencies, or IT consultingExisting network in enterprise technology, non-profit, digital transformation, or international business sectorsExperience working with international clients especially in EMEA or US marketsExperience with consultative sales processes and ability to understand client needs before proposing solutionsConfidence in managing client conversations with business stakeholders and technical decision-makersStrong communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsFluent English and Hungarian both written and spokenAbility to work independently, manage own pipeline, and follow through on sales opportunitiesInterest in complex technical solutions such as cloud services, web development, open-source technologies, AI, or digital transformationExperience using CRM systems and sales tools to track opportunities and client interactionsStructured, proactive, and reliable working style with strong ownership of tasks and targetsStrong interest in AI-driven solutions and how they can support client business goals
