Key Responsibilities

OT / PCN Infrastructure Operations and Support

  • Support lifecycle management of OT / PCN infrastructure, including servers, workstations, virtualization platforms, storage, network components, and related assets.

  • Provide technical troubleshooting, incident analysis, and corrective actions for OT systems and industrial network environments.

  • Support Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, authentication services, and directory services.

  • Apply knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, and network troubleshooting to resolve infrastructure issues.

Cybersecurity, Governance, and Compliance

  • Support OT / PCN cybersecurity, governance, and compliance with Chevron and industry standards.

  • Assist with vulnerability remediation, security improvements, risk reduction, compliance verification, and information risk activities.

  • Participate in root cause analysis, preventive action planning, and incident response.

  • Able to collaborate with site teams, vendors, managed service providers, and global teams.

  • Able to communicate with empathy and clarity, not only with technical experts but also with business stakeholders.

  • Interested in contributing to the long-term strengthening of IT/OT capability at the Omaezaki site.
