Associate Financial Analyst

Job Description:

• Research, compile, and analyze various sources of data
• Create reports and dashboards to enhance automated reporting capabilities
• Complete the annual budget process
• Prepare standard monthly variance reporting
• Assist with monthly system reconciliations
• Provide cost accounting support
• Respond to ad hoc requests for internal and external partners
• Support financial planning, budgeting, variance analysis, program profitability reporting, and financial decision-making

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required
• 0-3 years of experience
• Strong oral communication skills
• Ability to produce clear narrative and written summaries synthesizing recommendations and conclusions
• Analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly
• Proficiency in developing reporting tools and dashboards
• Ability to multitask and work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to establish cooperative and collaborative working relationships
• Preferred experience with the Power BI application
• Successful completion of an occupational health assessment, drug screen, and background investigation
• Compliance with the U.S. Government Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification
