  • Translate business needs into clear solution designs, requirements artefacts, process flows, and data mappings.
  • Work closely with delivery squads and technical teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives and system constraints.
  • Facilitate workshops and discussions with business stakeholders to build shared understanding and drive outcomes.
  • Support implementation, change impact assessment, and stakeholder communication to enable successful adoption.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in transformation, change, or delivery environments.
  • Strong experience in discovery, requirements gathering, analysis, and solution design.
  • Ability to challenge current-state processes and identify opportunities for improvement and transformation.
  • Experience documenting business requirements, process maps, data mappings, and solution artefacts.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to work across business and delivery teams.
  • Experience working across multiple squads, teams, or workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfort working with technical concepts and collaborating effectively with technical teams.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills, with the ability to manage ambiguity.

Desirable:

  • Insurance or financial services industry experience.
  • Experience in business transformation, process redesign, or operating model change.
  • Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
  • Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Exposure to Jira, Confluence, or similar delivery and documentation tools.
