CRM Mkt Automation Delivery Manager

Role Purpose

Chubb is currently seeking a CRM & Marketing Automation Delivery Manager to join our LATAM CRM & Marketing Automation team.

This role will be responsible for translating business and customer engagement needs into functional requirements, journeys, workflows and technology solutions, acting as the key bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. The role will support the design, development, integration and continuous evolution of our regional CRM and Marketing Automation ecosystem, including Microsoft Dynamics CRM, orchestration capabilities, data flows and integrations with customer engagement channels

The successful candidate will combine a strong understanding of business processes with CRM and marketing automation expertise, ensuring that business requirements are effectively translated into scalable solutions. The role requires strong stakeholder management, prioritization and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively across local, regional and global teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, gather and translate business requirements into clear functional specifications that technology and development teams can effectively execute.
• Own the mapping and functional design of business processes, customer journeys and automation workflows, identifying opportunities for simplification, automation and standardization
• Coordinate the design and integration of the CRM & Marketing Automation ecosystem, including Microsoft Dynamics CRM, orchestration capabilities, data sources and customer engagement channels such as WhatsApp, email, web and other digital channels
• Act as the key bridge between business and technology teams, ensuring business objectives are correctly understood and translated into scalable technical solutions.
• Own the tracking and reporting of the delivery roadmap, including priorities, dependencies, testing, implementation and progress of automation initiatives.
• Partner with the CRM & Marketing Automation Lead to prioritize requirements and support product and platform evolution based on business value, customer impact and technical feasibility
• Meet with business stakeholders and end users to validate needs, identify pain points and identify opportunities to improve processes, customer engagement and platform adoption
• Collaborate with UI/UX and technology teams to ensure solutions deliver a simple and effective user and customer experience
• Support testing, implementation and adoption of new capabilities, ensuring that delivered solutions meet agreed business requirements
• Proactively identify and recommend opportunities to improve automation, customer engagement, operational efficiency and business outcomes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, or another related field required.

• Advanced knowledge of the structure and content of the English and Spanish Languages.

• Excellent analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills.

• Strong project management skills.

• Strong discipline in tracking, analyzing and reporting metrics to support business decisions.

• Proficient in MS Applications (Word, Excel and Power Point) and working knowledge of common application software.

Experience

• Six or more years of experience working as an agile business leader

• Experience working with development teams following agile methodology

• Strong leadership skills, both for leading regional and global teams

• Soft Skills to work in a colaborative way with our 10 Latam Countries needs

• Previous experience with CRM or a Marketing Automation solution (preferably MS Dynamics) as well a SQL knowledgeis a plus.
