IT Site Support Analyst

We are looking for a motivated and service-oriented IT Support Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will provide hands-on support to end users across hardware, software, applications, printing, mobile devices, and telephony, helping ensure a smooth and efficient workplace experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support for PCs, laptops, phones, printers, smart devices, and digital scanners
• Troubleshoot and support internal and external applications, including Microsoft products
• Configure, build, and install hardware and software
• Maintain desktop patching and antivirus updates
• Set up meeting rooms, training rooms, and collaboration tools
• Manage help desk tickets and update systems with relevant documentation
• Support office moves, hardware refreshes, software rollouts, and desktop migrations
• Work with vendors and other IT teams to resolve issues
• Support users across EMEA when required

• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support or end-user support roles.
• Strong knowledge of PC hardware and a genuine interest in technology and end-user support.
• Knowledge of Mac OS and Apple iOS is a plus.
• Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician certification is a plus.
• Native level in Spanish. Advanced level of English, with minimum C1 proficiency.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with users at different technical levels.
• Proactive, service-oriented, and solution-focused mindset.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple requests simultaneously.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with IT and other departments.
