Что нужно делать:

  • Сопровождение банковского приложения (дбо) в роли 2-й линии.
  • Написание и выполнение стандартных SQL-запросов для поиска и анализа данных.
  • Анализ логов (логи приложений, web-серверов) для диагностики проблем.
  • Мониторинг дашбордов (Zabbix, Grafana, внутренние системы) для контроля статуса сервисов.
  • Консультация и передача структурированной информации третьей линии поддержки и смежным IT-подразделениям (разработка, инфраструктура).

Мы ожидаем:

  • Высшее образование.
  • Базовый уровень SQL (select, join, update).
  • Опыт чтения логов.
  • Опыт работы от года в поддержке web-сервисов на L 1,5/ L2.
