CIFRA is looking for a Web Designer who can evolve an existing system - someone who spots where a solution could be more expressive and brings their own ideas and unconventional ways to present content.

We’re looking for someone who keeps up with current digital design, understands the capabilities of different tools and platforms, and knows how to leverage the technical capabilities of the web as part of a creative idea.

What you will do

- Develop the brand's visual language for web. Design landing pages, promo pages, and special projects.

- Work closely with the Head of Design to develop the design system and visual style. Collaborate with product, marketing, copywriters, and developers.

- Bring new compositional, typographic, interactive, and animation ideas to the table.

- Occasionally work on product tasks: individual screens, user flows, and mobile funnels. Prepare files for handoff to development and support implementation.

What we're looking for

- 3+ years of experience as a Digital / Web Designer.

- Strong Figma skills and hands-on experience with Readymag, Tilda, Webflow, or similar platforms - understanding their capabilities, strengths, and technical limitations.

- Strong understanding of composition, visual hierarchy, and how to create visual emphasis.

- Strong visual awareness and knowledge of current digital trends and interactive techniques in web design and branding.

- Creative thinking, initiative, and the ability to propose visual solutions and new interaction patterns on your own - not just execute tasks.

- Ability to work with an existing identity and evolve it in a digital environment, balancing system and expressiveness without making every page feel like the same template.

- Ability to explain your decisions and discuss not just visuals, but meaning, user experience, and communication goals with the team.

- Strong self-management: meeting deadlines and communicating clearly about task status, risks, and changes in plans.

- English at B1 or above: comfortable working with English-language content, understanding written content, and using it independently in design work.

Nice to have

- Understanding of HTML/CSS, creative coding, motion, and non-standard web development approaches.

- Understanding of animation and interaction, and the ability to create animations in After Effects.

- Experience creating experimental digital projects.

Work format

- Remote, full-time.

- 3-month probation period.
