MIDWEIGHT STUDIO PRESENTATION DESIGNER

The Role

We are looking for a talented Midweight Designer (2-5 years' experience) to join Edelman Studio.

Working across a diverse portfolio of international clients, you will design engaging visual content for integrated campaigns, social media, branding, digital communications and print, while also supporting high-profile client presentations, new business pitches and RFP responses.

You'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across different markets and time zones, adapting creative work for regional audiences while maintaining brand consistency and visual excellence.

This role is ideal for a collaborative designer who enjoys working in a fast-paced agency environment and thrives on balancing creativity with commercial thinking.

Key Responsibilities

• Design creative assets across digital, social, print and integrated campaigns.

• Support the development of visual concepts for client work and new business opportunities.

• Design presentation decks for client meetings, executive communications, pitches and RFP submissions.

• Create layouts, illustrations, infographics and campaign assets that communicate ideas clearly.

• Apply and evolve client brand guidelines across multiple channels.

• Collaborate closely with Creative, Strategy, Client and Production teams.

• Adapt creative assets for different markets and languages while maintaining brand consistency.

• Produce artwork to a consistently high standard, often within tight deadlines.

• Explore AI-assisted creative tools to improve efficiency and enhance creative output.

Requirements

• 2-5 years' experience in a design or creative agency.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating digital, branding and campaign work.

• Excellent Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

• Experience designing presentation decks in PowerPoint or Google Slides.

• Experience working on client-facing projects.

• Strong understanding of typography, layout and visual storytelling.

• Experience with AI-assisted creative tools.

• Figma and After Effects experience is an advantage.

• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
