About the Role
At Circus, we're building physical AI robotics that produce food autonomously and our sales pipeline is how that technology reaches the market.As Junior Sales Manager, you'll be the first point of contact for new prospects: opening conversations, qualifying interest, and building pipeline across sectors that haven't worked with autonomous food robotics before.
Our products connect naturally, so you'll learn to represent the full portfolio, not a single pitch. As you build track record, you'll take on more ownership and start running deals end-to-end. You don't need years of sales experience but you should already know what outbound and cold calling feel like, and be ready to sharpen that into a real skill.
Your Daily Business
Build and own a structured outbound pipeline across our full product portfolio
Open first conversations with prospects, qualify interest, and move opportunities forward
Develop sector-specific outreach rather than a one-size-fits-all pitch
Represent our full portfolio and spot cross-sell and upsell opportunities as they emerge
Keep your funnel and outreach activity accurately tracked and current
Partner with our Leadership Team to prioritize target accounts and take on greater ownership over time
Base Qualifications
First hands-on exposure to sales, outbound, or cold calling - internship, working student, or early full-time experience all count
A structured, logical thinker who connects the dots from A to B
Genuine comfort on the phone - you've made cold calls before and know what it takes to get past the first thirty seconds
Strong self-motivation and the drive to generate business rather than wait for it
Some exposure to SaaS, tech, or product environments, ideally fast-moving or disruptive ones
Native-level German and strong English
