You will join the AI Infrastructure & Connectivity (AIC) Specialist Sales team within Cisco BeNeLux - a dynamic, collaborative, and close-knit team that sits at the core of Cisco's AI growth strategy and truly believes in the power of winning together as One Cisco.

Your Impact

As an Account Executive for AI Infrastructure & Connectivity in BeLux, you will be the principal sales strategist driving Cisco's next-generation infrastructure business across designated Public Sector and Commercial/Enterprise accounts in Belgium and Luxembourg. We are at the forefront of the AI and Multi-Cloud era - powering enterprise AI workloads, sovereign clouds, and mission-critical data center transformations.

In this role, you will lead the market with Cisco's most advanced solutions, including AI Data Center Fabrics (Nexus 9000 800G/400G high-density Ethernet and RoCE v2 for GPU clusters, Secure AI Factory with Nvidia and Supermicro), Cisco UCS X-Series modular compute, Cisco Intersight hybrid cloud operations, Isovalent Cilium Enterprise (eBPF-powered cloud-native networking, security, and service mesh), and Nexus Dashboard automation. You will orchestrate complex, multi-million-dollar ($1M+) engagements, structure modern commercial agreements (Cisco Enterprise Agreements / EA 3.0, Co-Commitment frameworks, As-a-Service models), and mobilize a matrixed virtual team of Technical Solution Architects, Customer Experience (CX) specialists, and Isovalent overlays. Crucially, you will lead our co-selling strategy with Cisco's premier BeLux partner ecosystem and strategic technology alliances (Nvidia, Supermicro, Red Hat, Pure Storage, NetApp).

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful field account sales experience in enterprise technology, with demonstrated expertise in Data Center Networking, High-Performance Compute, Cloud Infrastructure, or AI Systems.
• Proven track record of independently orchestrating, negotiating, and closing complex, multi-million-dollar ($1M+) enterprise deals with multi-stakeholder decision-making chains.
• Demonstrated experience establishing trusted advisor relationships with C-level executives (CIO, CTO, CDO, CISO) and Heads of Enterprise Architecture, translating complex technical architectures into measurable business value, TCO savings, and operational resilience.
• Proven ability to build, define, and execute an aggressive multi-quarter territory business plan across both Public Sector (Government, Healthcare, EU Institutions) and Private Sector (Financial Services, Service Providers, Enterprise) accounts in BeLux.
• Strong discipline in sales methodology execution (e.g. MEDDPICC, Command of the Message) to maintain high forecast integrity, rigorous qualification, and consistent pipeline generation.
• Fluent in both French and English (both written and spoken) is required to cover the BeLux territory. Dutch language capability is a strong asset.

Preferred Qualifications

• An inquisitive mind and passion for emerging AI architectures (800G Ethernet fabrics, RoCE v2, AI Pods, GPU clustering) and cloud-native Kubernetes technologies (eBPF, Cilium, microsegmentation).
• Established familiarity with the BeLux technology landscape, including Belgian and European public procurement processes and financial sector regulatory frameworks (e.g. DORA, NIS2, sovereign cloud mandates).
• Proven success in partner-led co-selling, leading joint go-to-market initiatives with BeLux Tier-1 partners, service providers, and global alliance partners (Nvidia, Supermicro, Red Hat, Pure Storage, NetApp).
• Experience structuring and positioning Cisco Enterprise Agreements (EA 3.0), software subscription models, or hybrid cloud consumption solutions.
• Strong leadership in driving cross-functional virtual teams (Systems Engineers, Specialist Overlays, CX, Services) with high energy, accountability, and a collaborative mindset.
