The Devices RoomOS and Agnostic Experiences team designs the human-technology interaction that powers modern collaboration across meeting rooms and hybrid workspaces. Your Impact

• Shape human-technology interaction across Cisco’s Devices portfolio to make complex collaboration, configuration, and in-room workflows feel clear, reliable, inclusive, and visually refined.
• Translate emerging capabilities such as AI, multimodal systems, sensor-driven intelligence, and context-aware automation into practical, trustworthy experiences that improve how people meet, share, and collaborate.
• Design scalable interaction models, prototypes, and experience architectures that support consistent quality across hardware form factors, meeting services, and enterprise environments.
• Partner with design, product, engineering, research, data science, and business stakeholders to align user needs, technical constraints, trust requirements, opportunities and roadmap priorities.
• Use qualitative/quantitative insights, telemetry, and feedback loops to improve usability, accessibility, AI behavior, visual quality, and measurable product impact.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in UX, HCI, Interaction Design, Product Design, Cognitive Science, related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience designing complex enterprise, B2B, collaboration, hardware-software, or connected device products.
• Experience leading product design from problem definition to launch, including discovery, concepting, iteration, delivery, and cross-functional alignment.
• Experience designing and shipping workflows, interaction systems, intelligent experiences, or enterprise products that improve user and business outcomes.
• Portfolio with at least 2 shipped examples showing the problem, candidate’s role, solution, outcome, and use of design/prototyping or AI-assisted tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• 6+ years of product design experience in enterprise, B2B, collaboration, hardware-software, or connected device products.
• Experience designing for connected devices, hardware-software ecosystems, or intelligent workplace technology.
• Familiarity with emerging AI technologies, including LLMs, multimodal models, agentic systems, and context-aware experiences.
• Experience contributing to design systems, AI experience frameworks, interaction patterns, or behavioral guardrails at scale.
• Strong communicator with visual design sensibility, able to align teams around user value, business impact, responsible AI, and design excellence.
