Your Impact

As a software developer on our team, you will be a driving force behind crafting user-friendly, reliable software and tools for our next-generation SaaS platform infrastructure. You will balance expanding our software capabilities with hardware compatibility considerations while having the opportunity to influence key development decisions. Responsibilities May Include:

• Platform Engineering: Design, implement, and scale multi-region Kubernetes clusters across private and public cloud infrastructure.
• Automation & CI/CD: Build robust automation pipelines and tooling for cluster provisioning, upgrades, patching, and configuration management.
• Security & Compliance: Implement and enforce strict security baselines and vulnerability management across all container environments.
• Technical Leadership: Participate in technical design reviews and drive architectural decisions that shape the future of our next-generation infrastructure.
• AI & Agent Development: Design and deploy AI agents to automate complex platform workflows and decision-making processes.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of professional work experience.
• Proficiency in Go, Python, or Java.
• Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals and software engineering, with an aptitude for learning new technologies.
• Hands-on experience with coding, testing, and debugging.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Linux, networking fundamentals, and operating system principles.
• Experience with Kafka, PostgreSQL, web application development, and distributed system design.
• Programming expertise in Go, Java, or Python, with a strong focus on Kubernetes and open-source.
• Solid understanding of software design, algorithms, and clean coding practices.
• Experience using AI-powered tools to enhance development efficiency and streamline workflows.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with computer networking and cybersecurity best practices.
• Practical knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Microsoft Azure.
