業務内容

• アカウントエグゼクティブやセールスチームと連携し、顧客の優先課題を把握した上で、技術戦略を立案・実行します。

• データセンターネットワーキング、コンピューティング、AIインフラストラクチャにおける信頼される技術アドバイザーとして活動します。

• 技術的なヒアリング、ソリューション設計、アーキテクチャの議論、デモンストレーション、プレゼンテーションをリードします。

• 顧客のビジネス・技術要件を、拡張性と差別化を備えたシスコのソリューションへと具体化します。

• シスコの製品ポートフォリオと関連するテクノロジーエコシステムを活用したエンドツーエンドのアーキテクチャを開発します。

• アカウントプランニング、商談開拓、クロスセル・アップセル、競合対策戦略に対し、技術的知見から貢献します。

• データセンターネットワーキング、コンピューティング、AIインフラにおける最新トレンドを常に把握し、顧客への提案機会へと繋げます。

• ポートフォリオチーム、技術スペシャリスト、パートナー、セールス担当者と連携し、顧客のビジネス成果を達成します。

• 顧客向けワークショップ、パートナー連携、イネーブルメントセッション、業界イベントをサポートします。

• 顧客、パートナー、シスコの会議のため、インド国内外への出張が必要です。

グローバルなクラウド＆AIアーキテクチャ組織の一員として、アカウントエグゼクティブ、製品スペシャリスト、パートナー、顧客と連携します。主な担当エリアは日本ですが、APJC全域の案件サポートや、グローバルチームとの協働の機会もあります。

応募要件

• 7年以上の技術プリセールス、ソリューションエンジニアリング、またはデータセンターネットワーキング、コンピューティング、ストレージの実務経験。

• 主要なスイッチング・ルーティングプロトコルおよび技術（Spanning Tree, OSPF, ISIS, BGP, VXLAN, EVPN, Multicast, QoS, Network Segmentation等）に関する深い知識と実践経験。

• 従来の3層アーキテクチャ、VXLAN EVPN、SDN（ソフトウェア定義ネットワーク）、DCI（データセンター相互接続）といったデータセンターネットワーキング設計の基礎知識。

• データセンターにおけるネットワークセキュリティ（マルチテナント設計、N-S/E-Wファイアウォール、マイクロセグメンテーションの実装など）の確かな理解。

• インフラやモダナイゼーションに関するプレゼンテーションスキル（技術者および非技術者向けの魅力的なデモ、PoC、ワークショップの提供能力）。

歓迎要件

• シスコのデータセンターポートフォリオ（Nexus/ACI, UCS, Intersight, HyperFabric）または同等の競合製品の経験。

• AI対応インフラに関する知識：GPUコンピューティング、高性能ファブリック（RoCE/InfiniBand）、AI/MLリファレンスアーキテクチャ（Cisco + NVIDIA等）、AIワークロード用ストレージ。

• 関連する業界資格（CCNP/CCIE Data Center、VMware VCP、CKA/CKAD、または主要なクラウド関連の認定資格）。

What You'll Do

• Partner with Account Executives and sales teams to understand customer priorities, identify opportunities, and shape technical strategies.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers and partners across data center networking, compute, and AI infrastructure.
• Lead technical discovery, solution design, architecture discussions, demonstrations, and presentations.
• Translate customer business and technical requirements into scalable, differentiated Cisco solutions.
• Develop end-to-end architectures leveraging Cisco's portfolio and relevant technology ecosystems.
• Contribute technical insights to account planning, opportunity development, cross-sell, up-sell, and competitive strategies.
• Stay current on emerging trends across data center networking, compute, and AI infrastructure and translate insights into customer opportunities.
• Collaborate with portfolio teams, technical specialists, partners, and sales stakeholders to drive customer outcomes.
• Support customer workshops, partner engagements, enablement sessions, and industry events.
• Travel as required for customer, partner, and Cisco engagements across India and internationally.

Who You'll Work With

You will be part of a global Cloud and AI Architecture organization, partnering with Account Executives, portfolio sellers, partners, and customers.

The primary focus will be Japan, with opportunities to support broader APJC engagements and collaborate with global teams.

You are a customer-focused technical sales professional with strong architecture expertise and a passion for data center networking, compute, and AI infrastructure.

You can engage confidently with both technical and business stakeholders, simplify complex technology concepts, and translate customer challenges into business value. You thrive in a collaborative, matrixed environment and are comfortable influencing across teams to deliver customer outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 7+ years of technical presales, solutions engineering, or relevant hands-on infrastructure experience data center networking, compute, storage and how compute, storage, and network integrate.

• Deep knowledge and practical experience with the relevant switching and routing protocols and technologies (e.g.,Spanning Tree, OSPF, ISIS, BGP, VXLAN, EVPN, Multicast, QoS, Network Segmentation, etc).

• Solid understanding of data center networking design fundamentals across traditional 3-tier architecture, VXLAN EVPN, Software Defined Network and Data Center Interconnect.

• Solid understanding of network security in data center including design and implementation of multi-tenancy, N-S/E-W firewall and microsegmentation.

• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to deliver engaging demos, Proof-of-Concept, workshops to both technical and non-technical audiences on infrastructure and modernization topics.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with the Cisco data center portfolio (Nexus/ACI, UCS, Intersight, HyperFabric) or comparable competitive platforms.

• Familiarity with AI-ready infrastructure: GPU compute, high-performance fabrics (RoCE/InfiniBand), AI/ML reference architectures (e.g., Cisco + NVIDIA), and storage for AI workloads.

• Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CCNP/CCIE Data Center, VMware VCP, CKA/CKAD, or major cloud associate/professional certs)
