Solutions Engineer

業務内容

サービスプロバイダ担当部門にて、シスコが持つ幅広い製品・サービスを活用し、お客様の課題解決およびビジネス拡大に貢献するプリセールス活動をご担当いただきます。

営業部門と協力しながら、サービス部門・技術サポート部門・本社開発部門との協業を推進し、技術面からビジネスに貢献していただきます。

アカウントSEとして担当するお客様と信頼関係を構築し、シスコの幅広い製品・サービスを活用しながら、お客様の課題を解決するための技術的な営業活動を行います。

• お客様の課題や技術要件の整理
• 最適なシスコソリューションの検討と提案活動
• 提案資料の作成およびプレゼンテーションの実施
• 実機デモやPoCの実施と報告
• 技術的な問い合わせ対応
• 商談に関して国内他部門や海外開発部門等との協業
• 競合他社との差別化提案

必須となる経験とスキル

• ネットワーク関連機器（特にルータ、スイッチ）の5年以上のプリセールス業務経験
• Data Center Network（VXLAN / EVPN / ACI / RoCE etc）に関する知識と経験
• POC、実機デモや検証作業の知識と経験
• 日本語での高いコミュニケーション能力
• チームやプロジェクトを率いるリーダーシップ能力
• お客様のためにプロアクティブな活動ができる方
• 新しい事へのチャレンジ精神

望ましい経験とスキル

• サービスプロバイダーのお客様担当としてのプリセールス経験
• AI Data Center Infrastructureに関する知識と経験
• 仮想化・コンテナ基盤（Docker / K8s etc）に関する知識と経験
• Network ProgrammabilityおよびAutomation（Python / Ansible etc）に関する知識と経験
• Ciscoソリューションおよび製品に関する実践的な知識
• 英語によるビジネスレベルのコミュニケーション能力
• シスコ技術者認定（エキスパートレベル：CCIE）
