Accounts Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting operations and support financial reporting. In this role, you will be responsible for handling accounts payable and receivable, staff claims, reconciliation, and assisting with month-end closing to ensure accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting functions including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), reconciliation, and Fixed Assets management.
• Process staff reimbursement
• Handle petty cash and deposits.
• Carry out month-end accounts closing.
• Prepare and compile accurate accounts reports.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Candidates with experience working in the construction industry will be ideal.
• Well-versed inSAP Accounting.
• Willing to work 5-day work week (8am-6pm).
