Treasury OM / AI Lead - Variance Analysis
Treasury is leading a Finance wide capability for an AI-augmented operational model and process for variance analysis; this role will lead that effort from an execution and domain expertise standpoint.
Day-to-day, the candidate will act as the business lead for the OM / AI capability build driving the variance analysis process - including a prototype to be leveraged across Finance. This includes defining use case requirements, validating outputs, and ensuring the resulting tooling is fit for finance-wide reuse. The output of this work will establish the reusable OM / AI pattern that subsequent Finance teams will adopt.
This role requires an understanding of OM and AI strategic direction of the Finance function, combined with a solid conceptual/practical grounding in Liquidity Operations process. Excellent communication skills are required in order to negotiate internally, often at a senior level. Impact reflects strategic influence on the business and interaction with other functions and businesses.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of AI tooling in order to develop a Finance wide common capability for variance analysis, including daily and periodic identification, root-cause analysis, and escalation of material variances across product, entity, and currency dimensions.
- Partner within Treasury, across Finance, and with Technology to identify consistent attribution of variance drivers - including intra-day movements, and operational breaks.
- Produce and present executive-level commentary and analysis to senior management on progress
- Drive the operating model process including escalation paths and documentation
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience within financial services; specifically, within Liquidity Management, Operations and Reporting
- Prior involvement in data, technology, or operational model transformation programs - ideally including AI, automation, or analytics-led change.
- Established influencing/leadership skills with the ability to mediate discussions and draw consensus
- Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to rapidly assimilate complex information across
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively across businesses and functions to deliver results
- Ability to prioritize and ability to work under pressure
Education
- Bachelor's degree required / MBA degree preferred This role is a project based role and is expected to last 24 months.

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:
