In this position, you will play a key role in generating project opportunities, and managing projects to create a long-lasting societal impact through the work with public sector clients.

As an Associate Partner/Partner, you'll have the autonomy to grow your own portfolio while benefiting from the support of an established international consulting firm. You will:

• Build and sell a public-sector digital transformation practice in your country: system implementation and PMO, process modeling, data governance and registry quality, NIS2 / cyber compliance, AI Act conformity and AI readiness;
• Sell into ministries, agencies and state-owned enterprises, mostly through EU-funded procurement (RRF/PNRR/KPO, cohesion funds, IPA where relevant) and IFI programmes (EBRD, World Bank, KfW);
• Lead client engagements and deliver projects by leveraging Civitta's shared digital transformation delivery team and partner network-you will not be expected to build a delivery team from day one;
• Contribute your expertise and specialists to EU framework contracts and international public sector projects as the practice grows.

Requirements:

• 10+ years in digital transformation consulting or public digital/IT leadership;
• A track record of personally sold or led digital work of EUR 1m+ over the last three years, with named references;
• An active network in the national private or public sector;
• Hands-on depth in at least one of: data governance and interoperability, large IT system implementation or PMO, NIS2 / ISO 27001 compliance, AI governance;
• Experience with EU-funded tenders: writing or leading proposals under national procurement law or PRAG;
• Fluent English and native-level local language;
• Entrepreneurial: comfortable with a partner model where income follows the market they build.

Strong plus:

• Senior Manager, Director, or equivalent experience at a Big Four or leading technology/management consulting firm, such as Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG, Accenture, or Capgemini;
• Former manager at a national e-government agency, ministry, cyber security centre, etc.;
• Certifications: CISSP, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, TOGAF/DAMA, PMP/PRINCE2;
• Existing relationship with EBRD, World Bank or KfW country teams.
