Responsibilities
As a Paralegal, your impact will be:
- Drive operational efficiency across the global Legal team by optimizing legal software tools and managing core administrative workflows.
- Facilitate smooth execution of global corporate and commercial transactions through precise documentation review, cross-functional coordination, and proactive project support.
- Maintain and structure the company’s legal resource databases and corporate governance records to ensure compliance and easy access to critical legal knowledge.
- Integrate modern AI solutions into day-to-day workflows to improve operational output, speed, and efficiency.
Requirements
What you need to succeed in this role:
- A second- or third-year LLB student with a strong academic record.
- Highly motivated team player with exceptional attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving attitude.
- Excellent organizational skills and strong interpersonal communication capabilities.
- Full professional proficiency in written and oral English and Hebrew.
- Proven experience using AI tools regularly to optimize workflows and drive team output.
