- Experience supporting sales teams and handling technical inquiries related to residential units.

- Familiarity with CRM systems and real estate sales processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an architectural technical office.

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

  • Good knowledge of architectural drawings, quantity surveying, BOQs, and finishing specifications.

  • Ability to coordinate with the Sales Department and provide accurate technical information about residential units, layouts, areas, and finishing materials.

  • Good communication, organizational, and time-management skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to coordinate with multiple departments.

  • Ability to work in Site
