We Build with Passion - Clean Harbors Kimball, NE Incineration units are seeking a FacilityTrainer-Rotary Kiln Incineration who will train/mentor new and existing employees for theKimball Facility. This is a full-time, permanent position with our Company in Kimball, NE. Safety focused and career minded individual wanted! $30+ per hour DOE, paid weekly. Monday-Friday 5:30AM - 2:30PM. NO NIGHT SHIFTS OR HOLIDAYS!

- Teach employees multiple task according to site specific SOPs.
- Create, edit, and review Standard Operating Procedures + Job Hazard Analysis specific to area of operation
- Perform weekly Standard Operating Procedure and Lock Out Tag Out audits
- Conduct hands-on training sessions within the facility, including but not limited to new hire practical, single and 5-gas monitors, and mobile/lift equipment.
- Maintain training records
- Other duties as assigned
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge and troubleshooting skills pertaining to pumps, valves, conveying systems, overhead crane operations, tank farm operations, and baghouse systems
- Equipment operation including forklifts, aerial lifts, pressure washers, vacuum trucks, and skid-steers
- Previous experience in an industrial atmosphere required, preferable waste management/material handling
- Proficient with Windows-based computer applications
- Leadership skills
- Ability to train/lead others
- An excellent commitment to Health & Safety
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Ability to work in team environment
- Mechanically inclined
- Valid Driver's License required
- Punctuality and attendance required
- Respirator fit test upon hire- clean shaven face required (mustache okay!)
- Background check, drug screen and physical- required
