Account Executive
About the Role
This is a founding Account Executive opportunity at an early-stage AI startup, where you'll own the full sales cycle and play a direct role in shaping go-to-market strategy alongside the founding team. It's a pure hunter-and-closer role with real influence over the company's growth trajectory.
What You'll Do
Own the end-to-end sales process - from outbound prospecting and discovery through demos, negotiation, and close.
Act as your own SDR by researching target accounts and executing outbound campaigns to build an enterprise pipeline from scratch.
Manage complex, multi-stakeholder deals involving HR leaders, CFOs, and IT procurement teams.
Partner with the founding team to refine the ideal customer profile, test messaging, and build the foundational sales playbook.
Translate customer pain points into actionable insights for Product and Engineering teams.
What We're Looking For
5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a proven track record closing complex enterprise deals.
Strong hunter mentality - demonstrated success generating leads and building pipeline independently.
Experience managing multi-stakeholder enterprise cycles involving C-suite and procurement teams.
Comfortable operating autonomously in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong problem-solving instincts.
Experience selling into HR, Finance, or AI domains is a strong plus.
Familiarity with compensation planning, HR technology, or compliance software is a bonus.
Must be authorized to work in the United States (visa sponsorship is not available).
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary range: $75,000 - $140,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
