About the Role
This early-career Account Executive role at an AI-focused HR technology company owns the full sales cycle. You will build pipeline and help shape the company's go-to-market approach, working closely with company leadership and sharing customer insights with product and engineering teams.
What You'll Do
Manage sales from prospecting and discovery through product demonstrations, negotiation, and close.
Research target accounts, run outbound campaigns, and build pipeline independently.
Engage HR leaders, CFOs, and IT procurement teams throughout sales cycles.
Work with company leadership to refine the ideal customer profile, test messaging, and develop the sales playbook.
Share customer needs and pain points with product and engineering teams.
What We're Looking For
A recent graduate or early-career professional with 0 to 2 years of experience.
Demonstrated sales initiative through employment, internships, campus sales roles, SDR experience, or self-directed outreach.
Experience building sales pipeline or processes from scratch in a startup, small business, or similarly lean environment.
A proactive hunter and closer mindset, strong communication skills, and comfort working autonomously in a fast-paced, ambiguous setting.
Interest or experience in HR, finance, or AI is a plus. Account executive, direct sales, HR technology, or enterprise deal experience is also beneficial.
Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary is $65,000 to $75,000 annually, with commission in a 50/50 base and variable structure and $140,000 OTE (on-target earnings, base plus variable). Visa sponsorship is not available.
