Account Executive (Senior)
About the Role
Join a growing B2B SaaS company in the hospitality tech space as an Account Executive. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, helping operators optimize guest experiences and efficiency through a modern AI powered platform.
What You'll Do
Manage inbound and outbound pipeline into named accounts, from discovery to signature.
Deliver tailored demos, negotiate terms, and close deals with multi stakeholder buyers in hospitality ops roles.
Improve the playbook by sharing insights on where the process can scale at higher volume.
Quantify economic impact for operators through faster response, higher conversion, and lower support overhead.
Map and build a self sustaining territory with proactive outreach rather than relying on marketing only.
Represent the company at industry events and within operator communities.
What We're Looking For
3 to 5 years closing B2B SaaS deals with a proven track record meeting or exceeding quota.
Strong domain knowledge in hospitality operations or rapid ability to learn PMS, OTA distribution, occupancy metrics, and guest experience considerations.
Consultative selling style, with tight discovery and the ability to articulate economic impact.
Self driven and comfortable building tools and materials without a dedicated enablement team.
Experience with Salesforce and modern sequencing tools; data aware forecasting and pipeline discipline.
Experience selling to operators such as founders, COOs, or heads of guest experience; hospitality tech background strongly preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: 180,000 to 200,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship available where eligible.
Location
Primary location: San Francisco, California, United States. On-site required.
