About the Role
Own and grow a portfolio of B2B SaaS customers using AI-powered phone assistants. You will partner with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to increase product adoption, identify expansion opportunities, and support long-term customer value.
What You'll Do
Manage customer accounts throughout their lifecycle and serve as their primary point of contact.
Run regular account reviews, discovery conversations, and product demonstrations to identify customer needs and expansion opportunities.
Analyze usage and explain how AI can automate processes and deliver measurable impact.
Own renewals and expansion revenue, including upgrades and add-ons, against monthly and quarterly targets.
Support onboarding and ongoing adoption to strengthen retention and customer outcomes.
Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and pipeline, and share structured customer feedback with internal teams.
Coordinate account plans and handovers with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing.
Help develop account management and expansion practices as the business grows.
What We're Looking For
At least one year of experience in B2B SaaS sales, account management, or customer success.
Experience driving upsells, renewals, or expansion revenue within existing accounts.
Strong product and technical understanding, with an interest in AI and machine learning.
Native-level German fluency for customer calls, reviews, and demonstrations.
A structured, customer-focused approach and a sense of ownership; startup or scale-up experience is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
On-target earnings are €65,000 to €95,000, including fixed salary and uncapped commission. Visa sponsorship is not available.
Location
On-site in Vienna, Austria, with hybrid work possible.
