About the Role
This is a customer-facing engineering role at a pre-seed healthtech startup building operational software for urgent care and emergency medicine groups. You will work closely with clinical and operational teams to translate their needs into shipped software, sitting at the intersection of product, engineering, and customer success. The role is central to how the company delivers value to its customers.
What You'll Do
Build front-end and back-end features using TypeScript, React, Deno, Node, and SQL.
Collaborate directly with customers to gather requirements and iterate on solutions in real time.
Deploy and operate services on AWS and troubleshoot production issues as they arise.
Travel frequently for on-site customer engagements and deployments.
Contribute to product design and rapid prototyping, moving ideas to working code quickly.
What We're Looking For
Hands-on experience with TypeScript, React, Node.js or Deno, SQL, and AWS.
Strong ability to ship reliable software quickly, even in early-stage or ambiguous environments.
Comfortable working directly and effectively with customers, including clinical or operational stakeholders.
High emotional maturity and a collaborative, low-ego approach to teamwork.
Willing and able to travel frequently for customer work.

Able and willing to work on-site in Miami, Florida, including relocating from elsewhere in the US if needed.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary of $80,000, with a total compensation target of $120,000 to $150,000 including equity and coverage of food, housing, and transportation during travel. Visa sponsorship is not available.
