Founding GTM (B2B Sales)
About the Role
This is the first dedicated GTM and B2B Sales hire at an early-stage healthtech startup, sitting directly alongside the founders. You will build the commercial motion from the ground up, owning everything from strategy to signed contracts, and your work will shape how the company grows.
What You'll Do
Build and own the full B2B pipeline end-to-end, including outbound prospecting, partnership development, and inbound qualification.
Run the entire sales cycle, from discovery and demos through negotiation and closing, across deal sizes ranging from €10K to €500K+.
Identify and close partnerships with employers, insurers, clinics, and corporate wellness buyers.
Set up the sales stack from zero, including CRM, enrichment, outbound automation, and signals tooling.
Partner with founders on ICP definition, pricing, and packaging decisions.
Feed real market signal back into product and go-to-market strategy.
What We're Looking For
2 to 5 years of B2B sales or closing experience, with a preference for hands-on profiles closer to the 3 to 5 year range.
Demonstrated 0-to-1 experience building a commercial motion at an early-stage startup; backgrounds that are exclusively corporate or post-Series C are not a fit.
Ability to personally source pipeline and own the full sales cycle without SDR support.
Fluent German, as the role involves ongoing conversations with German-speaking B2B buyers.
Hands-on experience with modern sales and pipeline tooling, such as CRMs, enrichment platforms, outbound automation, and signals tools.
Experience selling into health, insurance, employer benefits, clinics, or corporate wellness is a strong plus.
EU or EEA work authorization required; visa sponsorship is not available.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary of €50,000 to €60,000 per year, plus commission. Visa sponsorship is not available.
Location
On-site in Berlin, Germany, five days per week.
