Founding GTM (B2B Sales)
About the Role
This is the first dedicated B2B sales hire at an early-stage healthtech startup, sitting directly alongside the founders. You will build the entire commercial motion from the ground up, there is no inherited playbook, no SDR team, and no warm pipeline waiting for you. The revenue function is yours to design and own.
What You'll Do
Build and own the full B2B pipeline end-to-end across outbound, partnerships, and inbound channels.
Run the complete sales cycle from discovery through demo, negotiation, and close, with deal sizes ranging from roughly €10K to €500K+.
Source, close, and manage partnerships with employers, insurers, clinics, and corporate wellness buyers.
Set up the sales stack from scratch, including CRM, enrichment, outbound automation, and signals tooling.
Partner directly with founders to sharpen ICP definition, pricing, and packaging based on real market signal.
What We're Looking For
2 to 5 years of B2B sales experience with a strong closing track record, ideally 3 to 5 years.
Demonstrated 0-to-1 experience building a commercial motion at an early-stage startup; backgrounds limited to large or post-Series C environments are not a fit.
Able to personally source pipeline and own every stage of the sales cycle without SDR support.
Hands-on with modern sales tooling such as CRMs, enrichment platforms, outbound automation, and intent or signals tools.
Fluent in German, written and spoken, as the role involves ongoing conversations with German-speaking B2B buyers.
EU/EEA work authorization required.
Experience selling into health, insurance, employer benefits, clinics, or corporate wellness is a strong plus.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary of €50,000 to €60,000 per year, plus commission. Visa sponsorship is not available.
Location
On-site in Berlin, Germany, five days per week.
