Head of Marketing
About the Role
This is a founding marketing hire at a fast-growing AI voice platform serving B2C companies, sitting at the intersection of product, growth, and revenue. You will own the entire marketing function end-to-end, from strategy and budget to hands-on execution, and play a central role in the company's expansion into new international markets including the UK and US.
What You'll Do
Own marketing strategy, priorities, KPIs, and budget with full operational responsibility.
Define positioning, storytelling, and content that make a technical product clear, compelling, and conversion-focused.
Build and run a growth playbook that leverages AI and automation to scale inbound across organic and paid channels.
Plan and execute go-to-market launches for new segments and international markets.
Run continuous channel experiments and use data and pipeline impact to drive decisions.
Hire and grow a high-performing marketing team while staying operationally hands-on.
What We're Looking For
4 or more years in growth or marketing with end-to-end functional ownership and meaningful budget responsibility, ideally at an early-stage company or as an early marketing hire.
Proven ability to translate a technical product into clear positioning and memorable storytelling.
Strong hands-on experience across organic and paid channels with a track record of building repeatable growth playbooks.
Experience building from zero and then scaling, including leading launches into new segments or international markets.
Data-driven approach: comfortable running experiments, defining KPIs, and reporting on pipeline impact.
Deep familiarity with AI and automation tools applied to marketing execution.
Experience building and leading a marketing team while remaining operationally involved.
Strong academic background, ideally from a top European or international university.
Early-career experience at a consulting firm or similarly rigorous environment is a plus.
Fluent in both English and German (native-level German required).
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: 75,000 to 120,000 EUR annually. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
Location
On-site in Berlin, Germany. Full on-site presence is required.
