About the Role

This is the first dedicated Operations and Customer Growth hire at an early-stage AI content platform, working directly with the founding team. You'll own relationships with 40+ B2B clients and build the operating system that enables the business to scale to thousands of customers - from scratch.

What You'll Do

  • Onboard and grow a portfolio of B2B clients, serving as their primary point of contact throughout the customer lifecycle.

  • Design and implement scalable customer success processes, playbooks, and health frameworks where none currently exist.

  • Explain AI-powered workflows clearly and credibly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Define and track ROI metrics and customer health indicators to demonstrate impact and inform strategy.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with founders and the product team, including translating customer feedback into structured engineering tickets.

  • Build the internal operating infrastructure needed to support rapid client growth.

What We're Looking For

  • Fluency in both German and English - essential given the German-speaking customer base.

  • Hands-on experience owning customer relationships in a B2B context - Customer Success, Account Management, Consulting, or a high-ownership GTM role.

  • Proven ability to build structure from scratch: a process, a playbook, or a team.

  • Strong analytical and project management skills, with a track record of delivering on complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.

  • Comfortable bridging technical and non-technical audiences when discussing AI or software products.

  • Background in professional services, management consulting, or growth-stage B2B SaaS is a plus.

  • Ability to define or reproduce customer-facing issues precisely enough to write clear engineering tickets is a bonus.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary of €70,000 - €110,000 annually, depending on experience. Equity participation via VSOP (0.25-0.75%) based on profile strength. Visa sponsorship is not available.
