About the Role
Join an early-stage hospitality technology team expanding across Europe. You will manage guest operations and help turn real-world cases into clear, scalable processes.
What You'll Do
Support guests throughout their journey, from booking inquiries through check-out, using AI support while taking ownership of decisions.
Coordinate tasks and priorities across remote teams, customers, and external service providers.
Identify recurring issues, process inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation.
Build and improve operational processes based on guest cases and day-to-day experience.
What We're Looking For
Native German speaker with English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
A completed university degree in business administration, communications, economics, or a comparable field.
Experience in guest operations, customer service, or hospitality operations, including handling inquiries, bookings, check-ins, or check-outs.
Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and managing operational priorities under time pressure.
A structured, analytical approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to make independent decisions.
Background in hospitality operations, short-term rentals, or property operations is relevant. The role suits candidates with approximately 1 to 10 or more years of experience.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: €40,000 to €45,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
