About the Role
This is a full-ownership role sitting within the Marketing team, where you will build and run the influencer program from the ground up. You will turn creator partnerships into a scalable growth and brand channel, owning both the relationships and the ROI behind every collaboration.
What You'll Do
Design and own the influencer program strategy, aligned with business goals and brand messaging.
Identify, vet, and recruit influencers and creators across platforms using clear selection criteria.
Negotiate deals and contracts, coordinate deliverables and timelines, and ensure legal compliance including ad disclosures.
Build and maintain long-term creator relationships and ambassador programs.
Run campaigns end-to-end: briefing and planning through launch, monitoring, and post-campaign analysis.
Track and report on KPIs such as reach, engagement, and ROI with a data-driven approach.
Work cross-functionally with Content, Creative, and Performance Marketing teams to amplify influencer content.
Own and manage the influencer budget against clear ROI targets.
Stay ahead of platform trends, content formats, and shifts in the creator landscape.
What We're Looking For
2+ years of experience in influencer marketing or creator partnerships, with demonstrated campaign execution and creator relationship management.
Proven ability to negotiate influencer contracts, manage deliverables, and ensure legal compliance.
Deep knowledge of social platforms, especially TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn, and what content formats work on each.
Structured, data-driven approach to campaign planning and performance reporting.
Experience managing influencer budgets and optimizing spend against measurable targets.
Experience working cross-functionally with content, creative, and performance marketing on integrated campaigns.
Strong communication skills and a sharp eye for identifying the right creators.
Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms or tools for creator discovery, contract management, or performance tracking is a plus.
Background in B2B SaaS or e-commerce influencer campaigns is a plus.
Experience with paid social amplification of organic influencer content is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: EUR 65,000 to 85,000 annually.
