About the Role
Own the English-speaking top of funnel for a growing B2B SaaS company in AI-powered business communications. You will qualify prospects, hand off strong opportunities to Account Executives, and help refine the sales development approach within a small, fast-moving team.
What You'll Do
Manage English-speaking prospects from first contact through qualified demo handoff.
Qualify inbound leads generated by marketing.
Conduct outreach across phone, email, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
Develop and improve outreach sequences by testing ideas and measuring results.
Help build and refine sales development processes.
Support customer onboarding and ensure smooth handoffs to Account Executives.
What We're Looking For
Native or C2-level English proficiency.
At least one year of sales experience, preferably in outbound sales development or telesales.
Experience with multichannel outreach and iterating on sales sequences.
B2B SaaS sales experience is preferred.
A competitive, metrics-driven approach and motivation to work toward performance-based compensation.
Willingness to work from Vienna temporarily for approximately one to two months.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: £50,000 to £75,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
Location
On-site in London, England, United Kingdom, with a temporary work period of approximately one to two months in Vienna, Austria.
