About the Role
A role on a hospitality focused AI platform team responsible for building and maintaining end to end AI systems. You will own substantial parts of the stack and work with a flat team to ship impactful features that improve guest interactions and operations.
What You'll Do
Design and implement the response generation and orchestration pipeline for AI agents.
Develop and ground knowledge retrieval to ensure accurate and current data in conversations.
Build tool orchestration layers for multi step workflows and handle third party API failures gracefully.
Create evaluation frameworks and observability controls to monitor quality and reliability.
Collaborate on interfaces that allow non technical stakeholders to adjust agent behavior.
Extend systems to voice conversations including real time transcription and tool use.
Optimize for speed and cost through routing, caching, and prompt refinement.
Own infrastructure, data pipelines, integrations, and API work that underpin the platform.

5+ years of professional software engineering experience and a track record of shipping production systems
Experience across full stack and comfort solving problems across backend, frontend, data pipelines or infrastructure
Strong background in retrieval pipelines, knowledge grounding, or multi step workflows
Familiarity with AI model selection, routing, prompt optimization, and cost or latency considerations
Experience building observability, tracing, and debugging for complex pipelines
Proficiency in at least one backend language such as Python, Go, Rust, or Java
