About the Role
This is a full-stack social media and content design role at an AI-native immigration law firm that's making the immigration process clearer, more accessible, and more human. You'll sit within the marketing function, reporting to the Head of Marketing, and own the brand's entire social presence - from editorial strategy to scroll-stopping visuals to on-camera video content.
What You'll Do
Own day-to-day publishing, scheduling, and community engagement across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and emerging channels.
Build and maintain a content calendar that balances timely immigration news with evergreen educational content.
Transform expert legal content produced by the in-house writing team into high-quality graphics, carousels, and short-form video.
Develop repeatable visual templates and formats that make complex legal topics clear and shareable.
Uphold and evolve brand guidelines so every post looks and feels cohesive.
Film, present on camera, and edit polished Reels, Shorts, and other short-form video with strong pacing, captions, and hooks.
Track performance metrics and iterate content strategy based on what's working.
Represent the brand at industry and community events and support grassroots community engagement initiatives.
What We're Looking For
2-7 years of experience managing and growing social media accounts or content marketing for a brand, ideally at an early-stage startup.
A strong editorial design eye - you know what premium, high-polish social content looks like and can produce it consistently.
Comfort and confidence on camera, with solid skills in filming and editing short-form video content.
Expert-level proficiency in at least one design tool such as Figma or Adobe Illustrator.
Excellent written communication skills and the ability to translate dense or regulated topics into clear, engaging posts.
Self-starter mindset - you can own a channel strategy end to end with minimal oversight.
Experience marketing trust-heavy, regulated, or compliance-sensitive services (legal tech, fintech, healthcare, or similar) is a plus.
A personal connection to immigration, international mobility, or immigrant communities is a plus.
