Business Analyst (Software Development) (Contract)

1) Gather requirements from clients, understand business rules, and ensure alignment with development teams.2) Prepare proposals and supporting documents for tender/bid submissions.3) Translate business needs by developing business requirements and functional specifications as document, Business flow and System/Data Flow for the implementation of business solutions.4) Communicates and negotiates with all relevant stakeholders to ensure a balance of usability and fit with IT Solution and architecture.5) Being contact person between clients and internal team to update project status.6) Take Lead of UAT/SIT with customer Training user also Training or knowledge transfer to ensure that clients fully understand the system.7) Focus on efficient work by creating clear project timelines, identifying dependencies, and planning projects accordingly.8) Review and give comment for improvement junior business analyst’s document.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields
At least 1 years experience in Project Management or Business Analyst in insurance business will be preferable
Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, analytical skills, systematic thinking.
