Обязанности:

  • Проработка и реализация стратегии BI-аналитики.

  • Создание и поддержка внутренних процессов работы команды BI-аналитиков, обучение и развитие команды, внедрение новых методов работы, в т.ч. с использованием AI.

  • Организация работы команды BI-аналитиков (взаимодействие с бизнес-заказчиками, сбор бизнес-требований, постановка задач, планирование загрузки команды по спринтам/кварталам).

  • Взаимодействие с командой разработки и эксплуатации корп. хранилища данных, с командой data governance, участие в совместном построении кросс-командных процессов.

  • При необходимости подключение к подготовке аналитической отчетности для бизнес-заказчиков.

Требования:

  • Опыт работы в аналитике не менее 5 лет, не менее 2 лет на руководящей позиции.

  • Уверенное владение SQL.

  • Опыт работы с Power BI или другими BI-системами.

  • Знание принципов работы хранилищ данных.

  • Опыт построения и развития команды, процессов работы внутри команды и кросс-командных процессов.

  • Опыт взаимодействия с бизнес-заказчиками, умение переводить сложные бизнес-требования в аналитические задачи, знание и понимание типовых бизнес-метрик.

  • Умение вести коммуникацию и презентовать результаты на уровне топ-менеджмента.
