Role Summary
We are looking for a Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on experience with 2+yrs on the Salesforce Platform. The ideal candidate will have solid fundamentals, learn quickly, be self-driven, and contribute effectively with minimal supervision. This role is critical for delivering scalable and maintainable solutions for the Prism project.
Required Technical Skills
● Strong experience on Salesforce Platform Development ● Hands-on expertise in: ● Lightning Web Components (LWC) ● Apex (Classes, Triggers, Batch, Queueable) ● JavaScript ● Java (good understanding of OOP concepts) ● Experience working with: ● Salesforce Data Model ● SOQL / SOSL ● Governor limits and performance optimization ● Familiarity with Salesforce security concepts (Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules) ● Experience with integrations and APIs is a plus
Key Responsibilities
● Design, develop, and enhance Salesforce solutions using LWC and Apex ● Build reusable, scalable components following Salesforce best practices ● Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions ● Perform unit testing, debugging, and code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables ● Actively participate in Sprint activities and deliver tasks independently ● Quickly ramp up on new features, business processes, and platform enhancements ● Proactively identify issues and suggest improvements ● Quick learner with a positive, driven attitude ● Able to work independently with minimal oversight ● Strong problem-solving and analytical skills ● Good communication and collaboration skills ● Ownership mindset and commitment to delivery timelines
