🔹 Role Summary

We are looking for a versatile Senior Fullstack Engineer with strong ServiceNow platform development, QA automation, and full-stack skills.

The role involves ServiceNow integration defect resolution, production triage, development, automated testing, release management, and general full-stack maintenance.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Support / Triage / Defects

• Handle L2 support and escalation tickets.
• Troubleshoot ServiceNow platform and integration issues.
• Resolve L3 defects involving:
• ServiceNow ITSM/CMDB
• Flow Designer
• Scripted REST APIs
• GlideRecord / server-side scripting
• OAuth2 integrations
• Perform root-cause analysis for production incidents and integration issues.

Product Development

• Review peer code across ServiceNow and full-stack applications.
• Develop automated tests using Python and Playwright.
• Perform API testing using Postman and data validation using SQL.
• Manage test cases using Qase.
• Use AI-assisted tools such as Claude, Codex, or similar tools for QA automation.
• Support release management and CI/CD using GitHub Actions.
• Maintain ServiceNow Update Sets/XML exports and release documentation.

Customer Engineering

• Support customers in diagnosing technical issues.
• Troubleshoot ServiceNow integration problems.
• Handle general technical maintenance as a full-stack developer.
